Tom began his real estate journey in 2006 purchasing single family homes in Toledo, OH. Using conventional and creative financing, Tom built a portfolio of rental properties. In 2015, he was able to dive into the world of multifamily investing and has not looked back! Tom's famous line is "it took me 10 years to get started". Tom is a "boots on the ground" investor relentlessly seeking opportunities to grow. Tom is a highly effective operator, using technology and an extreme attention to detail to deliver results for his team and his investors. Nothing is more important to Tom than the people who believed in him.

Randy Baker
Randy brings over 20 years of construction experience to North Corp Capital. While completing his degree in Construction Project Management, Randy was responsible for concrete, asphalt and quality control in the field. Upon completion of his education, Randy has been responsible for a wide array of projects including multifamily apartment buildings, mixed-use and industrial developments. Randy has worked for some of the largest and most respected General Contractors in the Industry and has been the lead project manager for hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate development. Tom and the team at North Corp Capital are immensely excited for Randy to join the crew!

Dave joined in the early years, Co-Founding Prominent Property Group with Tom. After successful apartment building acquisitions and sales, Dave joined North Corp Capital to expand the portfolio and focus on deal analytics. Dave is an expert financial analyst and understands multifamily investing as good as anyone in the Industry. When Dave isn't underwriting apartment buildings, he enjoys spending time in Garden City Beach , SC with his kids and pretending to golf
